To support the Head of Grow to enable and expand our learning and development function which supports all colleague's development across the business. This role needs to be able to support the Head of Grow in developing and delivering training solutions for all colleagues. Ensuring that training is delivered in the most appropriate method and adds real value to colleagues. This role will also spot opportunities for colleague development, through their understanding of the business and collaborating with others Reports to: Head of Grow What you'll be doing This role is a key player in enabling our GROW learning offer. Grow Colleagues and Grow leaders are the two learning and development offers that launched in 2021. This role is responsible for continuing the excellent standards and commitment to learning and development through the following. Ability to design or co -create training programmes that are aligned with our mission and values Supporting the Grow function by show casing strong facilitation skills and ability to run engaging sessions Promote and answer queries on Grow to ensure opportunities for colleague engagement are maximised Be the lead on our apprenticeship offer, constantly scanning for opportunities to develop this further Be the lead on JCD Academy, our E-learning platform to ensure we are maximising this as a method Evaluate feedback and impact from all training interventions to help spot opportunities for change or improvement Promote and answer queries on Grow to ensure opportunities for colleague engagement are maximised Sharing learning and development knowledge and experience with other members of the People Team to help support their development.
