Primary School Improvement Adviser £64,000 to £73,000pa Aylesford, Kent/Hybrid The Education People are seeking to recruit a highly experienced professional, such as a Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector, or School Improvement Adviser, to join their School Improvement team as a Primary Improvement Adviser. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted support aimed at driving rapid and sustained improvement in primary schools. This role involves enhancing academic achievement and improving pupil outcomes through the provision of strategic support, rigorous monitoring, and effective challenge across schools. Take on a key role as the named Improvement Adviser for schools, providing expert consultancy support both within Kent and in other regions. Contribute to improving the life chances of children and young people across Kent and beyond. Occasionally work in a more intensive capacity with schools, serving as a consultant leader to facilitate rapid improvement. What we need from you - Proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector or School adviser. Experience leading improvements within your current educational role and experience supporting several schools. Previous experience using the Education inspection framework to bring about improvements. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with an eye for detail. Capability to travel to multiple school locations.
