Job Opportunity: Onboarding Coordinator
Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Onboarding Coordinator position.
This role starts immediately, offering a flexible work arrangement: one day in the office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant sector (flexible).
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Guiding and advising line managers through the onboarding process.
2. Ensuring compliance with all onboarding procedures, including references, right to work, qualifications, and DBS checks.
3. Arranging inductions for new starters.
4. Updating and maintaining HR databases, recruitment, and candidate tracking systems.
5. Responding to queries via email and phone regarding onboarding.
6. Supporting the compliance team with general administrative duties such as photocopying and printing.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Knowledge of employment law.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Working Hours:
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
