Requirements
Essential Experience:
* Demonstrable HR leadership experience, preferably in private equity, investment banking, or financial services.
* Proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition, executive search, and headhunting for investment professionals.
* Expertise in recruitment and headhunting is a must for this role.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
* Understanding of the talent landscape within the financial services industry, including compensation structures, career progression, and key market players (preferred).
* Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the goals of a high-performance investment firm.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to talent management, culture building, and leadership development.

As the HR Manager, you will work directly with the leadership team to build a world-class talent acquisition and management strategy. This is a senior role, and your key responsibilities will include:
* Talent Acquisition & Head-Hunting: Leading in-house recruitment efforts for investment professionals and support functions, ensuring the firm attracts and retains top-tier talent.
* Executive Search: Developing and executing recruitment strategies for senior hires, leveraging deep industry networks to source high-caliber candidates.
* HR Strategy & Organizational Development: Designing and implementing HR initiatives to support business growth, including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
* Compensation & Benefits Structuring: Advising on competitive compensation packages for investment professionals, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.
* Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Driving initiatives to enhance firm culture, employee satisfaction, and long-term retention.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Ensuring HR policies and practices are in full compliance with financial industry regulations and best-in-class standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with senior management, investment teams, and external recruiters to align HR strategies with the firm’s business objectives.
