The Role:
This is a field-based role covering Greater London where you will generate new business within the pharmacy sector via consolidated leads handed over by the team's SDR. You will be the accountable lead in the business for every customer in your territory, maximising the value of our client’s products and services.
Core responsibilities will include:
1. Influencing, persuading and consensus building to develop the profile of the business with customers and key decision makers.
2. Developing deep knowledge of the customers in your territory by using your wider knowledge of the sector to support the customers in the effective use of the product and services offered.
3. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
4. Growing revenue through cross-sell and up-sell activities.
5. Develop the future lifetime value of our customers through demonstrable product adoption, customer satisfaction and other measures used by the business.
6. Client Relationship Management.
7. Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Proposal Development & Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
9. Record all customer activity using the tool(s) provided by the company.
10. Produce a weekly and monthly plan for customer engagement.
11. Report weekly and monthly on customer activities, forecasts and opportunities.
12. Produce a monthly business report in the format required by the business.
13. Work to deliver against revenue and activity targets set by the business.
