Job Opening: Key Account Manager – UK
As a Key Account Manager at Bodum, you will be the face of our company and will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and will actively work towards opening new distribution channels.
Your Responsibilities:
* Account Ownership: You will be the primary point of contact for all key clients, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships at every level.
* Execution of Strategy: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement strategic plans and oversee their execution, ensuring that client needs and company goals are met.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on and solve problems independently, taking action to ensure clients are satisfied and your accounts are thriving.
* Client Needs & Business Growth: Stay ahead of client needs by deeply understanding their business and anticipating opportunities for growth.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work directly with senior management to align on objectives and actively participate in overseeing the development of major accounts.
Your Profile:
* Experience: Proven track record in Key Account Management within the UK market, with a focus on executing strategies that drive results.
* Hands-on Execution: You excel in delivering on the ground and turning strategy into actionable results, ensuring that both short-term and long-term objectives are met.
* Client-Focused: Highly proactive and motivated to understand client businesses, solve problems, and consistently add value.
* Strong Communication Skills: You can engage and communicate clearly with individuals at all organizational levels.
* Industry Knowledge: Passionate about houseware products, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry trends.
* Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in managing complex negotiations and delivering win-win solutions for both the client and the company.
* Independent & Collaborative: Able to work autonomously but also collaborate closely with senior leadership and other teams to ensure the overall success of key accounts.
