The Group CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Committee, and senior leadership team, leading all financial operations for a dynamic and growing alternatives asset manager.

Skills Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA are highly desirable.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably at least 7 years in a CFO or equivalent leadership role within an alternatives fund manager or financial institution.
* Deep expertise in private equity, private credit, or similar asset classes, including fund structuring, operations, and reporting.
* Technical Competencies
* Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, FATCA, CRS, etc.).
* Expertise in valuation methodologies for illiquid and complex assets.
* Proficient in fund accounting, capital structures, and carried interest calculations.
* Experience with financial systems such as Investran, eFront, Business Central or similar.
