An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Rota Co-ordinator/Deployment officer in Medical Staffing.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the Junior Doctors Rota's. You will fill out weekly returns for any agency shifts and be expected to liaise with outside agencies and internal departments responsible for recruitment to ensure the rota is fully staffed. You will also liaise with agencies in regards to any locum posts within the Directorate. You will also be responsible for entering all leave/absence on the NHS electronic Mediconline system and go out for agency and enter bank shifts onto the electronic LOD (Locum on Duty) system.
Experience of the NHS administration systems will be an advantage. You are required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
