Role Description
The Marketing Campaign Manager is a full-time role (35 hours per week) working at our 20:20 Innovation office in Coleshill 3 days a week and 2 days working at home. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising HubSpot CRM as a central tool to develop marketing strategies and campaigns, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth to ensure campaigns align with the strategic priorities and performance goals of all businesses within the 20:20 Innovation group.
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who brings innovative ideas, challenges conventional approaches, and combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. As a small but rapidly expanding business, the Marketing Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, ROI-focused marketing campaigns that are integral to our growth.
Success in this role requires strong use of HubSpot's robust reporting and analytics tools to design and optimise campaigns, driving measurable results based on priorities and KPIs set in partnership with leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in Marketing, Business or related field
* 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably B2B and of managing and understanding data
* Experience of maintaining a high MQL to SQL conversion rate by optimising campaigns and adjusting strategies
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and analysis
* Competent with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, CMS and paid advertising channels
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail
