Job Description
Blue Arrow are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our client based in Nottingham on a full time, 4 month FTC basis.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am - 5pm HYBRID WORKING (4 days at home 1 day in office)
Pay: £18.26
The Job Role
1. Managing public health contracts, including monitoring performance, analysing monitoring data, producing and distributing performance reports as required and supporting providers with service development.
2. Collating contracts and contract variations from information provided, arranging/sending contracts and variations for signing, tracking activity and filing documents electronically.
3. Arranging quarterly performance meetings, taking meeting notes and sharing with participants.
4. Manage and responding to queries, formal and informal complaints, enquiries from senior colleagues, and Freedom of Information Requests, ensuring they are appropriately recorded, and relevant legislation is adhered to.
5. Working with Public Health colleagues, Procurement, Legal and Payments colleagues, and service providers.
6. First point of contact for service provider queries.
Experience/Requirements
1. Experience of contract management and understanding performance data.
2. Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams required. Public health experience not essential.
