Job Opportunity: Team Administrator
Our excellent client in Staverton is looking for an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join their fun and friendly team on a permanent basis. This role could suit an Engineering/Science graduate, or someone with a passion for technical writing. Responsibilities
1. Identify new sales opportunities: Respond to leads and inquiries.
2. Update and develop sales documentation: Ensure all client documentation (proposals/tenders/contracts) is accurate, detailed, and complete, and that client specifications are mirrored in arrangements with subcontractors.
3. Maintain effective client communication: Engage through regular calls, meetings, and interactions to maximise sales with existing accounts.
4. Analyse competitors: Assess market positions of key players and customers.
5. Coordinate colleagues: Assist in compiling detailed reports and tenders to clients, including challenging designs, programs, and costs.
6. Support sales: Assist with campaigns and communications.
7. Prepare updates: Collate weekly updates to the Operations Team covering the latest sales, marketing, and operational status of opportunities and live projects.
