Main duties of the job:
The post holder is required to work within a Multidisciplinary Team - with adults and children with a learning disability and associated complex health needs.
The post holder will be responsible for taking on appropriate assessment of a person's needs and undertaking interventions that aim to improve their quality of life and achieve positive outcomes. This will include planning how to do this alongside other professionals within the team. The post holder will provide education, knowledge, guidance and support to student nurses and unqualified staff in the team and provide support to clients and their families.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
