About the Job
This role involves leading a team of Customer Team Members, coaching and supervising them to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences. You will also be responsible for managing store operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
* Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and inventory management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building strong relationships
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Experience in retail or a related industry, with knowledge of store operations and management
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or university education an asset
