Fire and Security Operations Manager (Southampton)
Salary: GBP40-50k basic

Overview:
Ops Manager ideally based in Southampton or close to. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
This person needs to have experience of Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Project Knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Stock Levels and Equipment
2. Audit all Engineer's Service and Installation as per NSI requirements
3. Complete all Audit plans and file reports
4. Attend all NSI audit visits both external and in-house as required
5. Carry out plant/equipment checks and documents as per procedures
6. Conduct H&S, regular toolbox talks/site safety checks and relevant paperwork filed for inspection
Managerial Skills:
1. Run Security & Fire Projects
2. Be willing to get hands dirty when the need arises
3. Quote on jobs
4. Manage a team of engineers
5. Ensure installations are completed on time and within budget
