Duties: Assist with a variety of administration tasks. Deal with enquires by email and telephone. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept informed. Maintain accurate records. Criteria: Experience working in a customer service or customer facing role. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills.
