Our client, a well-established independent estate agent, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Self-Employed Estate Agent to join their network. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate new property valuations through prospecting, networking, and marketing. Manage the entire sales process from valuation to completion, including marketing, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing sales progression. There will be support from a back-end team for a lot of this but for some of your role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the process. Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and best practices for selling their properties. Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers. Utilise innovative marketing techniques, including social media and digital advertising, to promote properties and attract buyers. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience estate agency in the luxury property sales market. If you do not have estate agency experience, outbound sales with solid lead generation experience is a must. A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build a successful business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively. A proactive approach to generating new business and expanding your client base.
