We are the UK Distributor for Europe’s premier Tanker manufacturers and several other industry-leading component companies. Our product portfolio encompasses Fuel Tanks, Pumping and Metering Equipment, Lube Oilers, Loading racks, Powder Tanks, Waste Tanks, and Vessels for Liquefied Petroleum Gas.
As a result of continued expansion, we need a new dedicated team member as our Fabricator/Welder working on a range of 7.5 – 32t chassis & 44t trailers. The successful candidate will be working in our Belfast Depot. We offer a competitive rate of pay in line with your experience.
You will become part of our team to ensure all projects are carried out to our high standards. Preferably, you have had previous industry experience in all or some of the following job roles: Commercial MIG and TIG welding (Stainless Steel, Aluminium, and Mild steel) to coded standards, pipe fitting, fabrication, and commercial vehicle repair and body refit background.
On-job training will be provided, should not all the above requirements be met, but the candidate must be enthusiastic and willing to learn each of the tasks required.
Location: Belfast BT4 1JX
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am – 2.30pm
Duties:
1. Preparation of various vehicles
2. Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
3. Ability to work from technical drawings
4. Building a quality bespoke vehicle ready for IVA
5. Adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations
6. Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping standards in own area
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs
2. Experience of general component & panel assembly
3. Good attention to detail
4. Keep to deadlines and meet targets
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Hardworking with good timekeeping and attendance
7. Ability to follow instructions and abide by Health and Safety regulations

2. Previous experience of Coachbuilding within a commercial vehicle workshop
