The Role
We are seeking talented individuals with experience of SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation across various solution process areas. This is a high-profile role within the Supply Chain Capability team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination to grow the practice and strong client delivery.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Lead business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal, and contract / commercial negotiations with our SAP clients
2. As an Engagement Lead, and/or as a Enterprise Architect lead the delivery of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects
3. Provide specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management and work closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
4. Lead the growth of SAP Supply Chain Capability through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members
5. Have a functional expertise of latest SAP Digital Supply Chain solution and roadmap
6. Advise on migration roadmap to SAP S/4 HANA
7. Industry experience of SAP S/4 implementation in industrial, manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, Oil & Gas/Energy, pharmaceutical, or retail
The Person

9. Functional expertise and knowledge of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap
10. Deep understanding and knowledge of digital Supply Chain trends e.g., Industry 4.0, Digital manufacturing, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP).
11. Experience in leading on bids, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients
12. Proven Engagement Lead and/or Enterprise Architect experience for large scale SAP transformation programs
13. Experience leading onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources effectively to ensure the most efficient delivery for the client
14. Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
15. Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational, leadership and motivational skills
16. Facilitation and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with client stakeholders or remote development teams
17. SAP system design, build and deployment experience – minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
18. Experience of business analysis, facilitating a design workshop to gather requirements and then translating the requirements into design
19. Experience producing high quality project deliverables (business requirements, solution design document, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)
