Operations Administrator
Our prestigious client is seeking an exceptional administrator to join a small operations team. This is a wonderfully varied role with autonomy providing a full range of administrative support for the domestic operations including site reception and security, hospitality and catering, facilities and accommodation management.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the day-to-day administration for domestic operations and facilities
Update and maintain both physical and electronic records of all documents, orders, correspondence and invoices
Act as point of contact for the site operations and the other departments
Maintain supplies and process a high volume of POs, liaising with contractors
Supporting with relevant events and conferences, laying out signage, preparing menus and table plans, and operating the cloakroom
