Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Responsibilities:
* To deliver a specialist Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) role in the Nutrition and Dietetic Service in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT).
* To work as a dietetic practitioner within uni-professional and multi-professional team environments with regular supervision.
* To assess and treat a case load of patients in line with the Model and Process for Dietetic Consultations and maintain associated records.
* Deliver a high standard of dietetic care.
* To deliver education and training sessions related to HEF and Nutrition Support.
* To supervise or monitor the work of assistants, students or other dietetic staff.
* To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work and workload.

Experience

Education and Qualifications

* HCPC Registered Dietitian.
* Strong evidence of CPD (portfolio).
