Job Title: Apprentice Business Administrator
Location: Waltham Forest College
Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary range: £16,592 per year (progressing to £19,324 in the second year)

Waltham Forest College is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Apprenticeship Team as an Apprentice Business Administrator. In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support to the Apprenticeship Team, assisting with learner enrolment, compliance, and data management. You will liaise with employers, learners, and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and supporting quality assurance activities. Throughout your role, you will promote and uphold equal opportunities, safeguarding, and health & safety practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, and be eager to learn and develop new skills in administration and customer service. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to apply for higher-level apprenticeships or progress into full-time employment within the Apprenticeship Team or other departments.
