Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework. Foster a nurturing environment that supports children's emotional, social, and academic development. Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met. Collaborate with the EYFS team and other colleagues to share best practices and ideas. Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil progress. Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have experience in EYFS or a strong understanding of the Early Years framework. Be a creative, compassionate, and dedicated educator who can inspire young learners.
