You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging, real-time social media content, working closely with a passionate Social Media team to enhance brand reach and connection. The agency is looking for a self-motivated, high-judgment content creator to drive social media activities for major campaigns. An in-depth awareness of the social media landscape and a passion for creating impactful, visually engaging content are essential as you work to amplify key campaigns and PR efforts. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to create, shoot, and edit social-first content, keeping up with current social media trends. Develop creative scripts, storyboards, and shot lists, and see content projects through to final delivery. Optimize content based on performance insights, using data with support from the social team. Produce diverse content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, as well as support content for Facebook, X, and others. Generate a wide array of content, including vertical video, photos, gifs, short clips, and stories for brand-aligned purposes. Manage content shoots both on-location and in the office, using available props and materials. Create timely content to inform audiences about key campaigns, balancing planned and reactive content. Attend brand-related events such as shoots, PR, and influencer gatherings to capture social content. Engage in sustainability training relevant to your role, staying informed on sustainability issues. Passionate about creating across platforms like social media, streaming, AR, music, and film. Advanced skills in design, photo, and video editing. Proficient with a wide range of video and static imagery content. Familiar with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Creative Suite, Canva, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, and FB Live. Skilled at transforming branded content into social media assets like clips, gifs, photos, and graphics. 3 years of experience in social media and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work. Strong understanding of social KPIs and their connection to content trends and editing styles. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate with an international team.
