We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join a well-established insurance company based in Shrewsbury. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, with the potential of permanent opportunities for the right candidate as the business continues to grow.

The Role of the Administrator:
General administrative support across various departments
Audio typing of correspondence, reports, and internal documentation
Data entry and updating client information on internal systems
Filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and paper records
Assisting with incoming and outgoing communications
Supporting the team with diary management and document preparation
Liaising with clients and internal staff to ensure smooth work flow
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all timesThe Ideal Administrator Will Have:
Previous administration experience within an office or insurance environment
Audio typing experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A driving licence is desirable due to the office locationAdditional Skills/Job Titles: Administrator, Audio Typist, Insurance Administrator, Office Support, Secretarial, Insurance Company, Admin Assistant.
