Bidwells’ Investment & Property Management team is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a junior Asset Manager to help drive our strategic vision. This role will primarily focus on Trinity College's Cambridge portfolio — one of our most significant investment clients. The portfolio includes a diverse mix of industrial, office, R&D, residential, retail properties as well as strategic land.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive asset manager, eager to take on a strategic role who's looking to shape projects, and advance their career with a respected industry leader.
The role involves maximising value over short, medium, and long-term horizons through active asset management, with an emphasis on strategic risk-adjusted returns. Working closely with the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes and also contribute to Bidwells' broader business objectives.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in asset and development management. They will be committed to the delivery of Net Zero Carbon within their projects as part of the overall portfolio strategy.
