Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive
We are working with a well-established law firm in Crediton, seeking an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Executive to join their friendly and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. The firm offers a collaborative environment where client care and service excellence are at the heart of what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a full range of residential property transactions from start to finish.
* Managing files using a case management system.
* Liaising with clients and third parties via email and telephone, ensuring excellent client care.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced Residential Conveyancing department managing complex transactions.
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client care.
* A positive and professional attitude, particularly under pressure.
* Close attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using a case management system and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in agricultural conveyancing or land sales is beneficial but not essential.
Key Details:
Location: Crediton, Devon
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
