IT Business Analyst looking to move into an IT Programme Manager role required by high growth travel firm. Travel Market Industry or Travel Technology Space is Essential. Investing heavily in updating technology and business process to ensure IT drives business growth, you will work closely with 3 rd party technology and development companies to deliver technology requirements. Your main role will be to ensure that business requirements are understood, documented, prioritised, and delivered to agreed schedules and budget by the responsible party. Responsible for solutions definition you will work closely with business users and developers to take the pain out of development changes that are needed. Managing all IT 3 rd party suppliers, review and update business processes and identify areas for process and technology improvement. Its a small team so you will have to support aspects of the day-to-day IT function and be responsible for one IT Support person. They require: Must have Relevant experience working in the travel market or travel technology space as business understanding is key. Business Analyst / Project Management experience. Programme Management exposure ideal but not essential. Experience in mapping processes and solutions and communicating these clearly to internal and external stakeholders & ensuring they are adhered to and monitored Experience in managing third-party technology supplier relationships to ensure delivery as expected. Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills, the ability to follow procedures and willingness to enhance them Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commercial & financial awareness Adaptable and flexible with a positive approach to work and passion for exceptional service delivery It would help to have: Advanced travel technology knowledge Experience of project delivery with technical, CRM, document and content supplier companies Experience of Data Warehouse and MI tools This is a great opportunity for professional growth in this award winning organisation.
