My client is a specialist Employment firm with senior lawyers working at the forefront of this sector, providing bespoke solutions to high-profile clients in the UK and internationally. They are seeking an employment solicitor who also has experience or at least an interest in doing business immigration work.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a range of work including drafting employment contracts, employment tribunals, dismissals etc alongside restricted covenant, breach of confidence and more. Alongside business immigration responsibilities including sponsorship applications, Tier 2 requests etc.
* Working closely with senior lawyers on complex but rewarding matters, alongside taking responsibility for your own caseload.
* Business development.
* Adapting your methods and work to suit a variety of client's needs.
* Utilising exceptional client care skills.
