Swissport is seeking a meticulous and proactive Vetting Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment Team. Location: Runcorn, Cheshire Contract Type: 9 Month Fixed Term Working Arrangements: Hybrid with expectation to be in the office 3-days per week. T his role plays a vital part in supporting recruitment efforts across various UK airports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and minimizing pass office rejections. You will be responsible for reviewing vetting packs, identifying any compliance discrepancies, and liaising with the vetting team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, be highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills. Vetting Pack Review: Carefully examine vetting packs submitted by the Vetting Team, ensuring that all required documentation is included, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations and Swissport standards. Compliance Assurance : Identify any discrepancies, missing information, or compliance issues, provide feedback to the Vetting Team, and ensure packs are complete to avoid pass office rejection. Airport-Specific Requirements: Ensure vetting packs meet each airport's unique criteria and adhere to CAA regulations, minimizing the risk of rejection. Coordination: Liaise with the Vetting Team to clarify and resolve any issues within the vetting packs, ensuring timely corrections and preventing delays in submission to the station. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all reviewed vetting packs, noting any issues identified. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the Compliance and Vetting Team, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues in achieving common goals. Data Support: Assist with data analysis as needed, including updating data sets, and providing managers with required data. Training will be provided. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring all vetting packs are thoroughly reviewed and compliant with all requirements. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of compliance requirements. Team Player: Work well within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Professional Integrity: Ensure fairness and impartiality when reviewing compliance packs, adhering strictly to established criteria. Organisational Skills: Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or recruitment-related role preferred. However, individuals with strong document management or audit experience are also encouraged to apply.
