Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our client needs* Experienced Female Team Leader to support our young client who has Cerebral Palsy living in Wrexham.
Hours
Tuesday -2pm - 8pm 8pm-8am Thursday 7am -8pm Friday 2pm -8pm
1 x weekend in 4 - Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm
Responsibilities
As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with:
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Driving her to and from school
· Full Personal care
· Assisting with rehabilitation program
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
