Responsibilities
* Greet guests upon arrival and departure
* Transport luggage to and from rooms
* Provide information about hotel services and amenities
* Assist with guest requests and directions
* Maintain cleanliness of bell desk and lobby area
* Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams
* Handle valet or parking assistance when needed
* Deliver items to guest rooms promptly
* Support special guest arrangements or VIP services
Experience and Qualifications
* Prior experience in hospitality or guest services
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
* Polished appearance and professional demeanor
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Friendly, approachable, and respectful manner
* Team-oriented with a service-driven attitude
* Basic knowledge of the local area and resort layout
* Dependability and strong time management skills
