Experience required…
Essential:
6. Relevant Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, geography or equivalent
7. Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution such as CIWEM, ICE, APM, etc
8. Substantial experience in modelling urban drainage and wastewater systems following the appropriate standards and specifications
9. Proficiency in using InfoWorks ICM modelling software to construct network and catchment models and develop solutions
10. A solid understanding of hydraulic analysis and design
11. Extensive experience in preparing and presenting technical reports to meet industry standards and project objectives both internally and to external Water Company clients
12. The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in Water Company hydraulic modelling projects
13. Capable of conducting checks on technical reports and calculation outputs
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
15. A full UK driving licence
16. Chartered Membership of relevant professional organisation
17. Ability to coordinate third party suppliers for survey delivery and data collection
