Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join our business at this exciting time, as we continue to scale.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of employees during their time with ENODA and will support the essential day-to-day HR function.
You will support starters settling into their role and lead on the probation and performance process.
You will be responsible for managing and supporting visa sponsorship and renewals, the leaver process and many other people-related processes.
This role will suit someone who has a strong HR administration background and has managed multiple HR processes within a fast-paced company.
This role is an integral part of an HR Team which aims to always drive innovation, efficiencies, and progressive people solutions.

You'll spend your time:
* Acting as first point of contact for all people-related admin/process queries, providing an exceptional level of customer service to all employees.
* Managing administration of all employee lifecycle process: contract administration, onboarding new starters, overseeing probation documentation, leavers, contractual changes and general employee lifecycle documentation.
* Day-to-day management of our HR Information System (Personio) ensuring all employee records are kept up to date and accurate.
* Managing the administration of all employee benefits, acting as first point of contact for queries regarding employee benefits.
* Quarterly reporting and management of HR Metrics, including board metrics, holiday and absence records, as well as ad hoc reporting needs.
* Collating monthly payroll and pension data and liaising with our payroll and pension providers.
* Providing meaningful analytics to enable business improvement (e.g. exit interview summaries, absence data, headcount reports, start and leaver reports).
* Supporting the HR Team on any new project initiatives, that will enable us to continually improve the services offered and to improve the employee experience.
* Continually improving HRIS integrations and efficiencies.
The key skills & experience we're looking for:
* Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload, can be flexible and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
* Acts with discretion, integrity and professionalism at all times and can communicate effectively and openly with people of all levels.

* A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
* Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced role.
* Associate CIPD membership (or equivalent).
* Bachelor’s degree or suitable experience.
