Business Development Executive
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading distributor of home fitness and leisure centre products, are client based in Bradford are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Sales team on a permanent basis.

Day to Day of the role:
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues, both locally and in the Far East, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
* Be involved in all aspects of sales order processing and dispatch.
* Efficiently lead new staff as the business grows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Proven ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
* Computer literate, competent with Microsoft Office products.
* Ability to adopt Order Wise - our back office ERP system.
* Previous experience in sales or account management is required.
