You’ll dive into diverse projects, from short-term online communities to long-term insight engines, guiding them from inception to delivery. You will:
* Design discussion guides, moderate sessions, and deliver compelling reports.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
* Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their challenges are met with creative solutions (80% of your time will be spent on a new travel and tourism client!).
* Engage in business development, maximising opportunities to grow your accounts.
The ideal candidate will be:
✅ An experienced qualitative researcher (2-3 years in an agency or consultancy setting).
