Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham, on a part time basis. Ideally working Monday - Friday 2/5pm or 3/6pm. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the time of year, we will be reviewing CV's the week commencing Monday 30th December. We will then screen suitable candidates week commencing Monday 6th January. How you will contribute Oversee the day to day services provided by third party suppliers to ensure appropriate standards and compliance for site safety, maintenance, hygiene and appearance are maintained Liaise with Management to determine business requirements to ensure continuous improvement in the most cost-effective manner Maintain inventory of site equipment and furniture Raising of orders on SAP and control of deliveries Maintain site notices to meet legal and site company requirements Ensure all site contractors and visitors are made aware of Health and Safety requirements and complete a site induction Act as host as required to all syncreon contractors/visitors. Maintain accurate records of inspections findings and produce reports What will you bring Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people. Co-ordinate site services activities to ensure it is within budgetary constraints Support business administration requirements Ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner Support in all construction/infrastructure projects Ability to perform repetitive duties and detail work accurately. Ability to work with frequent distractions, to targets and under pressure Good oral and written communication skills and telephone manner Administrative ability. Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
