Business Development Manager - Solar
Location: Hybrid / Cheltenham
Salary: £45k basic, bonus, benefits package
Job Overview:
The Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading Solar Installations & O&M Services Provider to drive revenue across new named and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for delivering agreed Operations & Maintenance Sales Targets.
2. Design, implement, and execute sales strategies.
3. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key stakeholders within prospect clients.
4. Review, negotiate, and agree contracts as required.
What do you need to succeed?
1. Proven track record in sales, lead, persuasive negotiation, proposals, closing deals, and achieving targets.
2. Solar PV knowledge, ideally rooftop assets.
