Stonegate Pub Company is looking for a Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager to cover a period of maternity leave from Feb 2025 for up to 6 months. As our Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager you will drive hotel revenue and support our general managers across our small hotels estate nationally. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, driven to meet targets, can manage their own time, multi-task and work alongside others. The Hotel Sales Manager is a remote role, supporting our General Managers to drive Hotel revenue. Key parts of the role will include: Managing overall hotel strategy Managing the small hotel sales team Ensuring maximum hotel revenues are reached and identify any opportunities to drive growth Manage client accounts Ensuring standards are maintained within our hotels Working alongside various departments on projects concerning hotels Risk management support Manage hotel amenity budget Manage online presences with Online Travel Agencies(OTAs) and review profiles Liaising with multiple departments Weekly reporting to your Operations Director To be successful as our Hotel Sales Manager you'll ideally have some experience of working within hotels, potentially as a Deputy Manager or General Manager and be looking to extend your knowledege in the sales team. You'll be comfortable working within hospitality, ideally within pubs with rooms, and have excellent communication and organisation skills. You'll also need: · Project management skills · Good customer service skills · Good IT skills · Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines, with the ability to manage your own diary and work indepentantly.
