The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK and we are working in partnership with a market-leading company who are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Office Administrator
Hours/Shift: The role will be 5 over 7 per week which will have a degree of weekend working. The hours will be from a 7:00 am start until 18:30, where there will be an 8-hour shift. Therefore, start time ranges from 07:00-09:30 each day.
Pay Rate: £11.50
Job: To ensure that the needs of all customers are satisfied to the required standard and to provide and process information in response to enquiries, claims, requests, and concerns about our products and services.
To compile and produce reports and KPIs that substantiate the position of the business and our customers with regards to service levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Tracking of deliveries and compilation and presentation of data gathered.
2. Monitor incident reporting applicable to the department.
3. Gather information for all potential claims and assist in the completion of the claims process.
4. Maintain the upkeep of the working area using available resources.
5. Maintain department files, electronic and paper. Organise archive rotation where required.
6. Maintain customer and retailer communication to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
7. Organise and develop tracking reports for all major elements of Spalding operation.
8. Collate DOT (Delivery on Time) reports for Managers and customers.
9. Assist in resolving all operational queries: late deliveries, tray collections, returns, discrepancies, rejections.
10. Provide support to operational colleagues as required.
Experience Required:
1. Basic keyboard skills essential.
2. Customer service/liaison essential.
3. Experience of dealing with people.
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Basic geographical knowledge.
