TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.
Role Details:
1. Outside IR35 role
2. Paid Per Survey - FLATS and HOUSES, SHELTERS (CARE HOME ROOMS - VERY GOOD ACCESS)
3. STOCK CONDITION ONLY
4. ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties
5. NO ACCESS INTO PROPERTIES ARE PAID
6. START ASAP
7. Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
8. 6 MONTH CONTRACT
