Role Description
Full Time
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm.
Duties
* Coordinating the works of our window cleaners, including associated Admin/Accounts.
* Front of house duties.
* Managing our fleet of vans.
* Stock control.
* Assisting with Health & Safety.
* Any other relevant office duties.
As our works coordinator, you will interact daily with our managing director, office colleagues, window cleaners, cleaners, customers, suppliers, and managers of other companies. It is essential that you are a confident communicator who can tailor your communication style to suit the situation.
The role is varied and involves many different tasks, so you'll need to prioritize a changing workload effectively. Being organized at all times is imperative, and the ability to change tasks at short notice is essential.
Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft package are essential for this role, particularly Excel. A driving license is also required.
This position provides scope for the post holder to make continuous improvements and cost-effective decisions for the business. It requires a self-motivated person who is keen to be an integral part of the Borderbrite family and who will hold the best interest of the business at heart.
