Role Responsibilities
1. Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
2. Identification of the cause of queries received
3. Provide an in-depth and consultative management approach with regard to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries
4. Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally
5. Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries
6. Maintaining the support logs following company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
7. Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management
Role Requirements
1. Knowledge of Financial Accounting reporting is a must-have
2. Experience in the Real Estate market is desirable
3. Ability to work in a pressurised environment
4. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a client-facing role
5. Exposure to working / sound knowledge of property management systems
