About the Role
Main Developer clients are after an experienced Senior Planner to join their UK Construction Division in the South.
You will be someone with a diverse range of experiences, offering strategic insights and expertise across various construction projects.
Responsibilities:

1. Based at Royal Arsenal, spending time at project locations as and when necessary.
2. Lead projects with a variety of experience across different project types.
3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes.
5. Oversee the entire project process from inception to completion, coordinating duties for both pre construction process and on site.
6. Utilize planning-related software literacy and solutions for programs/schedules.
7. Lead meetings on program-related matters.
Qualifications And Skills:
8. Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field.
9. Relevant industry qualifications and or training (Asta Power, Primavera P6, etc).
10. Successful track record of working with clients and other stakeholders.
11. Must have prior experience as a Senior Planner.
