RSPB Titchwell Marsh are looking for a cleaner for 8 hours a week, working 2 hours per day Weds-Sat.
Main duties will include:
1. Hoovering and mopping floors in our office, café, welcome hub and shop.
2. Cleaning the visitor and staff toilets; refilling toilet rolls, soap and hand towel dispensers.
3. Check stock levels of cleaning materials.
4. Keeping picnic areas clean.
5. Waste management, ensuring both office and public waste bins are emptied daily and kept clean. Occasional litter picking on site.
You will be efficient and organised in your approach.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
* Knowledge of the use of cleaning products (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)) to ensure products are used in a safe and appropriate manner.
* Understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace and manual handling.
* Ability to engage positively and communicate effectively with office, site staff and visitors.
* Experience of managing and safely transporting cleaning products around the site/office.
* Thorough, with good attention to detail.
