We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst. The main purpose of this role is to support the wider Brand Protection & Corporate Security team by providing insights, analysis, and intelligence with regards to ticketing sales data to identify those supporters offering their tickets for sale on the secondary ticketing market.
What will you be doing?
* Analyse and interrogate a variety of internal ticket sales and distribution data and provide analysis and intelligence of Liverpool FC Members, Season Ticket Holders or Hospitality customers who are offering tickets for sale on the secondary market.
* Work closely with the Ticketing Strategy team to develop reporting tools in relation to ticket sales data and ticket distribution data to assist the wider Investigation team with ticket touting enforcement.
* Gather information from a wider variety of sources to identify ticket sale and distribution anomalies and produce intelligence packs that support wider criminal and Liverpool FC sanctions enforcement action.
* Produce periodic reports with regards to the volume and pricing of tickets sold on the secondary ticketing market providing strategic insights to the Exec and Ticketing Strategy teams.
* Monitor, assess and triage information/intelligence received into the Ticket Touting Information mailbox. Ensure that this information is processed legally in line with GDPR requirements and handled by the appropriate Investigations team member.
* Work closely with the Ticketing Services and Stadium Operations teams to collate information received in relation to ticket touting on matchdays, triage this information and prepare case files for the appropriate Investigations team member.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have recent, proven experience of intelligence analysis, preferably from a law enforcement environment. You will also have advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, proven research skills, experience of legal related work and demonstrable commercial acumen. You will have experience of working with R-Studio, SQL, Python and Power-Bi. You will have knowledge of data cleaning and preparations, as well as statistical analysis.
You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player and be capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.

This position is a full-time permanent contract. Typically, this role is Monday to Friday working 35 hours per week although some weekends and evening work may be required. You will work between Anfield Stadium and our Head Office in Liverpool City Centre.
