Role Overview The Quality Inspection Engineering Team Lead will enable the UK Supply business to design, engineer and manufacture products that we are proud to provide, of the highest quality and provide value to our stakeholders. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Supervision and development of the Quality inspection and calibration team to ensure timely provision of metrology support services Implementing value-add standardisation, prevention and improvement activities Assuring timely product, component and verification equipment compliance to specification Ensuring colleagues uphold the quality of our processes, manufacturing and production Building a culture that balances quality and compliance requirements with customer demand and expected timelines Supporting the business to meet its quality, safety and sustainability objectives and requirements Analysis of data sources to report quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
