You will be supporting the Financial Planner and ensuring a smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication, as per business processes. Ensuring a positive and exceptional client experience for all their valued clients. The Benefits Package: The Benefits Package: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, shut down out Christmas, 4 Growth days Paid time off to do something to better yourself, 6 Care days Paid time off to care for those closest to you, Flexible Working Pattern, Employee Assistance Programme The Basics Client Relationship Executive Salary £27-28k Mon Fri 9am 5pm (10am 4pm are core working hours, 35hr week with 1 hour lunch break Flexi-time available The Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Administration Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person) Prepare client documentation in advance of and following client meetings (as per business processes) Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction Liaise with other team members on work progress per client account and keep clients informed (as per business process) Assist in client meetings when required Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firms standards Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients (progress chasing) Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information as per business process Produce portfolio valuations Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements The Skills & Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships Highly organised and disciplined A positive attitude and willingness to help others Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Strong Attention to detail Comfortable conversing naturally and positively with clients to understand their motivations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence with our clients Lemoncloud prides itself on partnering with places of work that encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.
