There is a new opportunity to join our friendly acute inpatient physiotherapy team as a rotational band 5. The post holder will rotate through a number of specialist areas on a 6 monthly basis including Respiratory wards, Critical Care, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, MSK, Stroke Rehabilitation, Medicine and Orthopaedics.
As part of the role, you will examine, assess and treat your own caseload of patients and participate in CPD, clinical audit and in-service training under the guidance of senior members of staff.
The post does contribute to the respiratory acute on-call physiotherapy rota; therefore, the successful candidate must have access to transport. Be an autonomous practitioner being professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of their professional and clinical work.
Participate in the Respiratory On-call Rota and/or orthopaedic weekend service.
They will assess, diagnose, plan and deliver treatment and/or management programmes to patients in their care.
