Job: Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Lancashire, UK Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum My client is a well-established Civil Engineering firm delivering infrastructure projects within the highways and rail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Lancashire. Reporting to the senior commercial team, you will manage procurement, commercial, and contractual aspects of diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities: ·Procuring and managing sub-contractor contracts. ·Submitting external applications for payment and managing compensation events. ·Overseeing budgets, CVRs, and P&L reporting. ·Managing final accounts for clients and subcontractors. About You: ·A relevant qualification (BSc, NVQ, or MSc) and CSCS card are essential. ·Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with exceptional commercial acumen. ·Expertise in NEC contracts, construction techniques, and value engineering. ·Proficient in IT, with a proactive and collaborative approach. ·Willingness to travel to sites when required.
