Our client is a dynamic and expanding real estate agency with branches in West Drayton and Hounslow. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee both branches, driving success and growth. As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations at both the branches, ensuring efficient processes and high performance.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage teams across both locations to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
4. Recruit, manage, and train staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
6. Identify growth opportunities for both branches, driving business development.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
8. Lead by example, offering support and development to team members.
9. Overseeing the daily operations of residential sales and conducting team meetings.
10. Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation.
11. Identifying potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
12. Conducting canvassing and accompanying viewings.
13. Managing withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectations.
14. Managing sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers.
15. Securing offers and maximizing value streams.
16. Conducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation information.
17. Analyzing market and business data to prepare vendor reports.
Key Requirements:
18. Proven managerial experience in real estate or a related field.
19. Strong work ethic and drive for results and customer satisfaction.
20. Ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple branches.
21. Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
22. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both branches effectively.
23. Ability to take constructive criticism and continuously improve.
24. A team player who fosters a collaborative environment.
25. At least 3 years of experience at the branch manager level.
26. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
27. Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
28. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
29. A valid UK driving license.
Working Hours:
30. Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
31. Alternate Saturdays (2 per month)
32. Bank holidays off
